As part of ZEN Organics commitment to our customers and our confidents in our products quality, we always guarantee our products freshness and quality of ingredients. A one year guarantee is given on all of our products and will be replaced at no charge if the products integrity does not meet the one year duration. Since we use many Organic, Natural, Hand-crafted and fresh ingredients, we can not guarantee our products integrity over one year.
We will NOT warranty or offer our One-Year Guarantee if any ZEN products are transferred from our containers to any other container not offered from ZEN. We cannot determine if your packaging has been adequately cleaned and disinfected properly. We also recommend you use a new Pump Top with every new gallon of product if the gallon has been used for over six months. This will ensure no growth or contamination of products.
All Damages/Defective Items must be notified to ZEN Organics within 10 days of the shipping date to be given a full replacement of the damaged products. NO REFUNDS on Damaged/Defective Items, ONLY EXCHANGES.

At ZEN Organics, we strive to provide the best customer service to earn your loyalty and keep your business. All in-stock products will ship within 4-5 business days (some exceptions apply), to ensure you have the essential tools in your daily practice on-time.
ZEN Organics uses FedEx and UPS as a default, however, USPS and other forms of delivery can/will be used at ZEN’s discretion. Expedited services are available as well. All orders are FOB Aurora, CO and only shipped on weekdays.
Zen Organics respects and protects the security and privacy of every customer. Therefore, all personal data submitted to this Web site is retained only for our sole use. The website will NOT save or store any credit card numbers, so this information will need to be submitted with every ONLINE order. Any customer may contact Zen Organics directly at (800) 298-9019 to place an order over the phone and request we do save the credit card information. All credit card information is stored on a secure storage drive that does not get access to the internet and is in a safe guarded area.
Zen Organics promises not to sell nor share any customer data, including customer e-mail addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, etc with any third party unless requested or to abide by the law.
